Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data EasyTaskr collects, how we use it, and how we protect it — including when you use our social media management features.

1. Introduction

EasyTaskr ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Tech Me Today Ltd (Company No. 15917255, registered in England and Wales), provides the EasyTaskr cloud platform at easytaskr.com and its associated subdomains (admin.easytaskr.com, app.easytaskr.com, partner.easytaskr.com). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform, including our social media management features ("GoGo Social"). By accessing or using EasyTaskr, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not access the platform.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you register for EasyTaskr, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, business address, and role within the organisation. For business accounts, we may also collect VAT/tax identification numbers and billing information.

2.2 Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, timestamps, device type, browser type, IP address, and referring URLs. This data helps us improve the platform and troubleshoot issues.

2.3 Business Data

Depending on the modules you use, we store business data including products, inventory records, orders, invoices, customer records, employee records, financial data, and operational data. This data is owned by you and scoped to your tenant account.

2.4 Social Media Data (GoGo Social)

When you connect social media accounts through GoGo Social, we collect and store: • Social media profile information (name, profile picture, page/account ID) • Authentication tokens (OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens) required to publish content on your behalf • Content you create through our platform (posts, captions, images, videos, scheduled content) • Analytics data from connected platforms (post views, likes, shares, comments, engagement rates) • Review request data and customer feedback collected through our review automation features We only access the social media permissions you explicitly grant during the OAuth authorisation flow. We never access your private messages, friend lists, or personal social media content unrelated to your business pages.

2.5 Media Files

Images, videos, and documents you upload to the platform are stored securely in our cloud storage infrastructure. This includes product images, social media content, share packs, and business documents.

2.6 Customer Consent Records

When you use our consent management features to obtain permission from your customers to feature them in social media content, we store the consent records including the customer name, consent type, timestamp, and any associated media.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: • Provide, maintain, and improve the EasyTaskr platform and its features • Process transactions and send related information (invoices, receipts, confirmations) • Publish social media content to connected platforms on your behalf at scheduled times • Generate analytics and performance reports for your social media activity • Send review requests to your customers and process their feedback • Provide AI-powered features such as caption generation, product suggestions, and business insights • Send administrative notifications about your account, security alerts, and platform updates • Respond to your support requests and provide customer service • Monitor and analyse usage patterns to improve functionality and user experience • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

4. Social Media Platform Integration

4.1 Platform Connections

GoGo Social integrates with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn through their official APIs. When you connect a platform, you are redirected to that platform to authorise EasyTaskr. We store the resulting OAuth tokens securely and use them solely to perform actions you request (publishing posts, retrieving analytics).

4.2 Data We Access from Platforms

For each connected platform, we access only the data necessary to provide our services: • Facebook/Instagram: Page information, post publishing, post insights and analytics • TikTok: Account information, video publishing, video analytics • X (Twitter): Profile information, tweet publishing, tweet engagement data • LinkedIn: Organisation page information, post publishing, post analytics We do not access personal profiles, private messages, friend/follower lists, or any data unrelated to business page management.

4.3 Token Management

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and stored in our secure database. Tokens are automatically refreshed as needed and are immediately revoked when you disconnect a platform from EasyTaskr. You can disconnect any platform at any time from the GoGo Social Accounts page.

4.4 Content Publishing

We only publish content that you explicitly create, approve, and schedule through the EasyTaskr platform. We never publish content automatically without your direct action. Scheduled posts can be cancelled or modified at any time before their scheduled publication time.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your data only in the following circumstances: • Service Providers: We use third-party services for cloud hosting (DigitalOcean), file storage (DigitalOcean Spaces), email delivery, and AI processing (OpenAI, Anthropic). These providers process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements. • Social Media Platforms: When you publish content through GoGo Social, the content (text, images, videos) is transmitted to the connected platforms according to their own terms of service and privacy policies. • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request. • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to the same privacy protections. • With Your Consent: We may share information with third parties when you explicitly consent to such sharing.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services: • Account data: Retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after account closure • Business data (orders, invoices, products): Retained for the duration of your subscription; exported to you upon request before account closure • Social media tokens: Deleted immediately upon platform disconnection or account closure • Social media content and analytics: Retained for the duration of your subscription • Consent records: Retained for 7 years to comply with regulatory requirements • Usage logs: Retained for 12 months for analytics and security purposes • Backup copies: Retained for up to 30 days after data deletion from production systems You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@easytaskr.com.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data: • All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher (HTTPS) • Sensitive data at rest (OAuth tokens, passwords) is encrypted using AES-256 • Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with appropriate salt rounds • Access to production systems is restricted and monitored • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments are conducted • Multi-tenant data isolation ensures your data is never accessible to other tenants • Role-based access control (RBAC) limits data access within your organisation While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights: • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you • Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data • Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten") • Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format • Restriction: Request that we limit the processing of your data • Objection: Object to the processing of your data for certain purposes • Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@easytaskr.com. We will respond within 30 days. For social media data specifically, you can disconnect any platform at any time, which immediately stops all data collection from that platform and revokes our access tokens.

9. Cookies and Tracking

We use the following types of cookies: • Essential Cookies: Required for authentication, session management, and security. These cannot be disabled. • Functional Cookies: Remember your preferences (language, theme, default settings) to provide a personalised experience. • Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how you use the platform so we can improve it. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We do not sell cookie data to any third party.

10. Children’s Privacy

EasyTaskr is a business platform and is not intended for use by individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us at privacy@easytaskr.com and we will promptly delete it.

11. International Data Transfers

Our servers are located in Europe (DigitalOcean London region). If you access EasyTaskr from outside the European Economic Area, your data may be transferred to and processed in the UK/EU. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any international data transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we will also send a notification to the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
