If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

EasyTaskr is a cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform designed for small and medium businesses across multiple industries. The Service includes, but is not limited to: • Point of Sale (POS) and order management • Inventory and warehouse management • Customer relationship management • Invoicing and financial reporting • Social media management and publishing (GoGo Social) • AI-powered business insights and automation • Employee and payroll management • Industry-specific modules (food service, electronics retail, paint, wholesale, pharmacy, service providers) • B2B shop portal and marketplace The availability of specific features depends on your subscription plan and industry configuration.

EasyTaskr includes AI-powered features such as caption generation, product suggestions, inventory forecasting, and business insights. You acknowledge that: • AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and should be reviewed before use • You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before publishing • AI features may use third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) subject to their terms of service • AI outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific context • Your business data may be processed by AI models to generate insights, but is not used to train third-party models

You agree not to use EasyTaskr to: • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, systems, or data • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure • Use the platform for fraudulent transactions or money laundering • Publish spam, misleading, or deceptive content through social media integrations • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service without permission • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without authorisation • Use AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content • Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security measures We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to: • Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible) • Unscheduled maintenance for critical security or performance issues • Factors beyond our control (internet outages, third-party service disruptions, force majeure events) We target 99.9% uptime but this is a goal, not a guarantee. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability.

EasyTaskr integrates with third-party services including social media platforms, payment processors, cloud storage providers, and AI services. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • EasyTaskr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied • We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim • We are not liable for any losses resulting from your content published through social media integrations • We are not liable for actions taken by social media platforms regarding your accounts or content These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EasyTaskr, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by posting a notice on the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unsuccessful, through the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
