Selling from WhatsApp status and groups works because buyers already trust you. It stops working when orders arrive as forty separate chats, payment slips sit in your photos, and nobody knows which sizes are left. Share & Sell in EasyTaskr gives one person a shop link, a single list of orders, and the stock and money behind them, all on a phone.
Who is Share & Sell for?
It is for people who sell to buyers they reach through messaging and social posts: someone selling perfume, beauty products, clothing or homeware from home, and people who resell a supplier's products at their own price. It is not a till for a shop and not a wholesale system. A seller who grows into a shop with staff and walk-in customers would move to the retail screens.
What goes wrong when you sell only through chats?
Most social sellers hit the same walls once orders pass a handful a day:
- Orders get lost in chats. A buyer asks about a size in one message and confirms in another. Two days later nobody can find it.
- Prices are typed again and again. The poster has the prices; then you type them into every reply.
- Bank slips are hard to match. A screenshot of a transfer arrives with no order number, and you check your bank by hand.
- Stock is a guess. You sell the last 50ml bottle twice because two buyers asked at the same time.
- Cash on delivery goes unrecorded. The parcel is delivered, the cash is collected, and the order is never marked.
- You cannot tell which post worked. Was it the status, the family group or the work group that brought the sale?
How does a seller's day run in EasyTaskr?
The day revolves around one Home screen and one orders list. The steps below follow a sample perfume seller from the morning check to the evening earnings, using screens that exist today.
Step by step
- Check what is waiting. Home shows the day's summary and a Waiting for you list: new orders to confirm, payment slips to check, orders to pack and orders to deliver, each one tap from its list. Orders still open from last night are counted too.
- Set how buyers pay and get it, once. In My link & shop, one switch opens the link for orders and you pick the link name buyers see. Choose cash on delivery up to an amount you set, bank transfer with your account details, one delivery charge per order and an order value above which delivery is free.
- Add a product from your poster. Add from a picture reads the poster you already made and fills in the name and a price for each size. A price it was unsure of is ringed for you to check, and nothing is saved until you tap Save.
- Share it with a code. Share makes a status picture with the sizes, prices, your shop name and a QR code that opens this product. Each share gets its own code, tagged Status, Group or Other with a label you choose, so you can later see how many people opened it and how many ordered.
- Let the buyer order from the link. The buyer opens your shop link, picks a size and adds it to the basket. If the basket mixes your products with a supplier's, it is split by who sends each part, each with its own delivery charge. The order is in your list straight away, and Send on WhatsApp opens a chat to you with the order, total and address already written.
- Confirm and check the slip. Orders move through New, Confirmed, Packed and Delivered. Confirming takes the stock, and one tap tells the buyer on WhatsApp. For a bank transfer, accept the slip with the amount on it, or reject it with a reason the buyer can see.
- Keep sizes and stock right. Each size has its own price and stock count, or no count if you do not track it. A size can be hidden from the link without deleting it, and the products list shows how many are left or Out of stock.
- Deliver and record the cash. On a cash-on-delivery order, tick Cash received, then Mark delivered, so the money is recorded on the order. The buyer's WhatsApp and Call buttons, the items, the delivery charge and the total are all on the same screen.
- Check what reselling earned. Earnings shows what is ready to pay, what is still holding after delivery, and what has been paid out, order by order, with each payout and how it was paid.
Which jobs does each screen save?
| Job | Screen | What it saves |
|---|---|---|
| Typing in a new product | Add from a picture | Name and size prices read from your own poster |
| Knowing which post sold | Share kit with a code per share | Opens and orders per status or group |
| Taking an order | Your shop link | No back-and-forth about sizes, prices and address |
| Remembering what to do next | Home, Waiting for you | Confirm, check, pack and deliver in one list |
| Matching a bank transfer | Slip accept or reject | The slip sits on its order, with a reason if refused |
| Avoiding overselling | Sizes with stock | Confirming takes the stock, sold-out sizes show it |
| Recording cash on delivery | Cash received, Mark delivered | Money on the order, not just in your pocket |
| Tracking resale income | Earnings | Holding, ready and paid out, order by order |
How does reselling a supplier's products work?
A supplier who wants sellers sets up a programme: a minimum price, or a fixed or percentage commission, with product-by-product exceptions and a holding period before earnings are paid. They invite sellers by link, and they approve each seller who asks to join.
On your side, the invite page explains the terms before you say yes. After approval, the supplier's range appears on your Resell page with the rule shown beside each product. You type your price, add the product to your shop, and the supplier ships it. Resold items are paid cash on delivery, and your list marks those orders Supplier ships, while you can still message the buyer.
A worked example in plain numbers: the supplier's minimum price for a 30ml bottle is 2,000 and you sell it at 2,400. Your margin on that bottle is 400, which is about 16.7% of your selling price. A buyer who orders two bottles brings you 800 once the holding period ends without a return. If the buyer returns inside the holding period, that earning is taken back. The markup vs margin guide shows how to set a resale price that leaves room for the delivery charge.
Why use a shop link rather than taking orders in chat?
A link puts the price, sizes, delivery charge and payment choices in front of the buyer before they message you, so the chat is about the parcel, not the basics. It also means every order starts with a record. When the slip arrives, it is attached to an order instead of floating in your photos, and when the cash is collected, the order says so.
What does Share & Sell not do yet?
It does not take card payments from buyers, book couriers, print packing slips or give tracking numbers. There is no customers list or low-stock alert yet, and share statistics are on each product's share page rather than on Home. Suppliers cannot be browsed; you join by invite only.
How EasyTaskr helps
EasyTaskr gives a social seller one shop link, one list of orders from new to delivered, bank slips and cash on delivery recorded against each order, and stock per size, with the AI reading your posters into products. Walk through the seller's morning tour, then read cash flow for small business to plan for money held in transfers and resale earnings.

- Confirm, and check the bank slipOrders in four steps, each confirmed with one tap that tells the buyer, and a bank slip accepted or rejected with a reason.

- Setting how buyers pay and get itHer link opened for orders, cash on delivery up to a limit, bank transfer with her sort code, and one delivery charge with a free-delivery amount.
- Reselling a supplier's range from your phoneThe supplier sets the rules and sends the parcels; the seller sets her price, shares it and sees what she has earned.
Questions people ask
Do my buyers need an app to order?
No. Buyers open your shop link in their phone's browser, pick the size, choose how to pay and place the order. They can then send it to you on WhatsApp with the order, total and address already written.
Can buyers pay by card?
Not yet. Buyers can pay cash on delivery, up to an amount you set, or by bank transfer and upload the slip for you to accept or reject. Card payment shows as Later.
Does it book couriers or give tracking numbers?
No. Courier booking, tracking numbers and packing slips are not built. You move each order through Confirmed, Packed and Delivered yourself.
How does reselling a supplier's products work?
A supplier sends you an invite link. You ask to join, and once they approve you their range appears on your Resell page. You set your own price above their minimum, they ship, and your earnings show as Holding, Ready to pay and Paid out.
Can I find suppliers to resell for inside EasyTaskr?
Not by browsing. Sellers join a supplier only by invite, and invites work within the same country.
Is Share & Sell the same as the wholesale system?
No. It is a separate, simpler setup for one person selling from a phone. Wholesalers selling to shops on account use the wholesale screens instead.
