Why bother switching
We are not trying to out-feature the big signing tools. We are better at the parts small businesses hit every day.
Other tools hand you a blank PDF and a box to drag. We find the parties, pull out the dates and amounts, and put the fields where they belong. You correct what is wrong instead of building from nothing.
Email goes to spam or sits unread for three days. If your customer lives on WhatsApp — and in Sri Lanka, the Gulf and half of Britain they do — send it there and watch it get signed in minutes.
Sinhala, Tamil and Arabic signing views alongside English. Your customer reads what they are signing in the language they think in. The signed copy stays in the language you wrote it in.
How it works
Drag in a PDF. While you are creating your account, we are already reading it — extracting the text, finding the parties, working out where the signatures go.
Everything is waiting when you land. Names, emails, fields, key dates. Fix anything we got wrong, drag a field if you want it somewhere else. Nothing sends until you say so.
WhatsApp, email, or both. They open a link, read it on their phone, sign with a finger. You get the sealed copy and a certificate showing who signed, when and from where.
Honest comparison
If you need FedRAMP or 21 CFR Part 11, buy DocuSign. We are built for the shop, the wholesaler and the garage.

Questions
For most commercial agreements in the UK, yes. We capture the four things that matter — who signed, that they meant to, that the document has not changed since, and a full record of what happened. Every completed document gets a certificate listing each signer with their IP, device and timestamp.
A deed needs a witness physically present when you sign, so it cannot be signed electronically at all. We detect those and block them rather than letting you send something that turns out to be void. You get a print-ready version with wet-ink signature blocks instead. Most tools stay quiet about this.
Good, not perfect. It gets most standard contracts right first time and you can drag anything that is wrong. We show you every extracted detail with the exact wording it came from, so you can check it against the document rather than take our word for it. Nothing sends until you confirm.
That is mainly what it is for. Most people sign on a phone, usually within a few minutes of getting the message. No app to install and no account to create — they tap the link, read it, sign with a finger.
Any time, all of them. Export the audit log as a CSV and every signed document with its certificate as a ZIP. We would rather you stayed because it is useful than because leaving is a hassle.
Same company, same login. If you also run easytaskr, Sign is already built in and your contracts fill themselves in from your customer and order records. If you do not, this works perfectly well on its own.
